Centennial

Centennial Airport is the third busiest non-commercial carrier airport in the country. If you happened to leave your Lear jet at home, this is the place to charter a small plane for your private tour of the Rockies.

One of Colorado's newest cities, Centennial was incorporated in February 2001. It boasts over 100,000 residents, making it Colorado's ninth largest city. Centennial is home to the the Streets at SouthGlenn, which offers a variety of shops, boutiques and restaurants.

Centennial has received a slew of recognition for its real estate climate, including being named “Best City in Colorado for First-Time Homebuyers” by NerdWallet in 2016 and also by WalletHub in 2015, the “No. 4 Best Place to Live in America” by USA Today in 2015, the “No. 2 Healthiest Housing Market in Colorado” by SmartAsset in 2017 and the “No. 13 Best Place to Live in America” by Money Magazine in 2016.

With all of this attention it’s no wonder that Realtor.com also reported Centennial’s primary zip code of 80122 as the third “Hottest Zip Code in America” for home sales in 2015.
